Frequently Asked Questions

How is coaching different from mentorship or therapy?

1

A coach acts as guide to your own self-discovery. It is a personal strategy session that works by identifying your strengths, setting clear goals and providing accountability. Whereas mentorship relies on the experience of the mentor to give advice and guidance. Therapy is to heal past traumas and be a space to improve mental health with tools to navigate life.

What coaching do you offer?

2

As a leadership coach, I’m here to support you in clarifying your vision, gaining perspective and increasing your impact. I provide 1 on 1 sessions of either 30 minutes once every two weeks (recommended) or one hour every 2 - 4 weeks. Typically you would have at least 6 - 8 hours of coaching as this allows deeper work and helps move important goals forward.

Do you offer a free introductory session?

3

Yes, absolutely! I welcome a 30 minute getting to know each other session with no obligation to work with me after. It’s important you find the right coach for you and meeting several coaches to see who you prefer is always a good idea!

I’m based outside the US, what hours do you offer?

4

I have flexibility in my schedule that allows me to flex my hours and make many different time zones work.
